Capabilities
![]() |
As a multi-discipline facilities engineering firm, AEC
has capacity to provide balanced investigation and reports over the range
of interdependent engineering disciplines. This combined assessment approach
avoids the pitfalls of looking at particular systems in isolation. The technical
and economic impacts of each system on the others can be presented in a
total package. AEC provides a team with individual capabilities in each engineering area and with cross-discipline skills and co-ordination to produce a total solution. Most AEC staff have practical experience in maintenance, facilities management or contracting as well as design office experience. The people are backed by a library of computer software which is constantly updated and assists quick and accurate assessment of performance and capacity. |
| The End Product Information, advice, recommendations and costing are the purpose of all engineering audits and investigations. These are provided in a report formatted to be read and understood by the client and providing concise facts, options and recommendations. Technical data to support the plain language information is included without rendering the report esoteric. Reports can be provided in 'hard copy' or digital formats. |
